									The West Kentucky Workforce Board (WKWB) and the West Kentucky Local Elected Officials Workforce Consortium released a Request for Proposal (RFP) on April 10, 2019 for Fiscal Agent/Subrecipient Services under the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act for Program Year July 1, 2019 – June 30, 2020, which will allow an organization to serve as the local fiscal agent/grant subrecipient for the disbursal of Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) funds awarded the West Kentucky Local Workforce Development Area for program management/support.  Read More
